Hello World! Teddy here, sharing more of life at the beach.
I like digging in the sand and chasing ghost crabs. I'm not much of a builder. Butt check out these sand castles from the recent competition:
This one's Grandpa. He watched from the bench. I wasn't allowed on the beach either.
In other news, my cousin Casey in Atlanta has been in the vet hospital mostly since the Friday before Father's Day. He has Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever from a tic bite. Butt he has other stuff going on. He has a seizure condition. Something has really messed up his liver. My Uncle Roger is very sad. They couldn't come for Father's Day because Casey was not expected to live. Butt he is still hanging in. So please pray for Casey and send up Power of the Paw. He needs it.
Grandpa and I try to stay out of trouble. He suceeds more often than I do. Just after Mommy shampooed the carpet(again) in Grandma and grandpa's room, I soiled it again. I've been earning Cheerios for pooping or peeling on the puppy pads, butt I didn't get one this time.
I think I might have upset Mommy tonight. I pulled off four pillows to get to her stuffed Marley that she sleeps with every night. I deaded it.
Stuffed Marley needed lots of surgery. I got my first "shame on you." I don't think that's good.
The good news is, I'm not up for adoption again. I'm forgiven, butt no Cheerio.
Mommy tells me all the time "You are safe. You are loved. You are home."
All for now. Teddy saying good night from the beach.

OMD!!! Those sand sculptures are pawsitively amazing!!! Someone lucky lady even got proposed to!! So cool! Very special you & your grandpa got to watch & I am so sorry to hear of your cussin' Casey. Our paws are crossed in prayers! And good job degutting Marley...although I suspect your Mama prefers that you not do that again! (((Hugs)))
ReplyDeleteThanks Liesel. Yup, Mommy was quite upset.
DeleteWe love the sculptures, especially the proposal one! But OH Teddy, you should NOT have messed with Stuffed Marley!! OMD, poor Lady must've been so very very upset. :( You need to be extra nice to her for a little while.
ReplyDeleteI messed up.
DeleteHari OM
ReplyDeleteMarley dog, deading stuffy Marley was REALLY stretching the envelope, kiddo... I wouldn't blame Lady for withholding Cheerios for a whole 87 days!!! Loving the beach sculptures though - thank you for showing those to us. Definitely adding cousin Casey to my POTP list... Hugs and wags, YAM-aunty xxx
Thanks Aunty. Casey had surgery today and did well. No lymphoma.
DeleteOh goodness, we are so sorry to hear about Casey. We got him in our prayers right now!
ReplyDeleteNow Teddy, you can de-stuff anything in the house, but NOT fluffy Marley! We know how important he is to your Mom.
So glad you're having fun at the beach.
Hugs,
Lily Belle & Muffin
I haven't learned yet not to mess with Mommy's studies. She thought I had but she was wrong.
DeleteThanks for praying.
We are so sorry to hear about Casey. We have had our own recent troubles from tick bites! Now about that stuffy, unless there is video PROVING you did it do NOT confess!
ReplyDeleteYour Pals,
Murphy & Stanley
I was caught in the act by my grandma.
DeleteWe loved seeing the wonderful sand sculptures! But so sad about your cousin Casey. We'll send a whole bunch of POTP, cocker care, and healing wishes!
ReplyDeleteGood job on un-stuffing that squeaky toy. But there are some squeaky toys that are actually NOT squeaky toys. This is a hard concept to explain and learn, and will get you into big trouble if you make a mistake. I still have trouble telling the difference, even though I'm seven years old now. Basically, if it's not on the floor, then it's not yours. Um … I think …
Thanks for the advice. I have a whole bucket of my own toys. Butt I wanted Mommy's.
DeleteCasey has our prayers! Those sand sculptures are wonderful. Amazing what people can make.
ReplyDeleteNow, in future, we think you can dead some cushions, but stay away from stuffed Marley. That's just asking for trouble.
Thanks for the advice. Seems to be the consensus of opinion. I messed up. And I wasn't repentant. I tried to snatch it when Mommy was stitching it. That move didn't go over very well.
DeleteSending our POTP to Casey.
ReplyDeleteThose sand sculptures are amazing!
Crikey Teddy ..... you are safe, you are loved, your are home???????? Your Mom's a Saint, aye?? You shouldn't have deaded her Marley. Stick to the cushons next time, aye?? I love those sand castle things. I pee on 'em. lots of POTP for Casey. Poor, wee bloke ..... he looks so sad.
ReplyDeleteThanks Charlie. Yes Casey has had a rough two weeks. He almost went to see Marley.
