MY PAWSOME PAWTY

It's my pawty and I'll bark if I want to...
Actually, Lady said I was the perfect host. It takes talent not to get stepped on with so many people, and to remember to greet everybody as they arrive, to be polite when they give me a gift, and to remember to say thanks to everybody.
We had my favorites: chicken fried rice, chicken momos, veg noodles for Lady, veg moms, paneer (cheese) momos, carrot cake, carrots, ranch dip, bone shaped sugar cookies, cheese, and chips.
Yes, we served in (new) dog bowls.
We played Pin The Tail on the Cat.
 This is for Sit-Beg-Sit (Tic-Tac-Toe)
Dog Bone Toss. Lady put a sponge in the bowl because everytime a bone hit the dish I jumped!
This was for the Hot Dog game (Hot Potato). Brooke won.

The Treat Race: Everybody chose something off the table and held it out and called me. The one I got to first was the winner. I chose Merry's chicken momo! Merry is in the pink dress.

No thanks, I don't need any help opening my gifts! But thanks so much for bringing me gifts!

Sabra and the Bone Toss game
 Aunt Delena tries
 Erin tries
Sit Beg Sit game. The Beg team won. I was on the sit team.
We'd play a game, and then I'd get to open another gift.
Lap Race: Erin and Daniel raced me to see who could lap up their dish first. Daniel won!
Hot Dog Game: Lady played music and everybody passed the hot dog stuffy. If they had it when the music stopped, they were out.

Opening another gift!
 Can I have some please?
My birthday cake had a doghouse on it with my name on it.
 Silly Sabra!
Aunty Gail and Aunty Deb. I am staying with Aunty Deb now.
Aunty Gail and Tico brought me homemade peanut butter dog treats!!
Daniel, Erin, and Brooke made dog bone sugar cookies (eggless)

The Critter's gave me a card, treats, and a squeaky toy.
Decorations.
 One pooped pup!
 Brooke and me
Just us guys -Daniel and me.
Daniel Erin and Brooke took me home with them, and Lady went to the airport. We had a super fun 13th birthday pasty, and celebrated 10 years together -Lady and me! Lady gave me a badger stuffy!! Pawfect!

NANCY AND VICKY'S VISIT

I mentioned that Nancy and Vicky came to visit me from our old city. I take Vicky for walks in my 'hood when he comes.
Here's Nancy with her "little" brother, Vicky at India Gate.

They enjoyed seeing the sights in my awesome city.

PAWTY PREPARATIONS UNDERWAY

Hello Blogville furrends! Sorry for the long delay. Lady has been on two trips since Easter. I've been at sleepovers with my time share families. Nancy and Vicky came to visit us from our old city! We had fun, of course. Next month, I will go to summer camp at their house in the beautiful, cool mountains. Delhi is HOT, but not as bad as last year. Temps are running 104 -110.
So, stay tuned for my BIG PAWTY! May 20 we are celebrating my 13th birthday and TEN YEARS together!! All my time share families are coming. Then, that night Lady flies to Thailand, and I go home with my newest time share family, the Critters (nick name). They were here today helping me prepare pup cakes, and dog biscuits, and my cake!! We're going to have games and prizes and goodie bags! I want to say thanks to all my wonderful Delhi timeshare families!
Well, I was trying to add photos, butt they are on my other laptop and I can't get to them.

MY EASTER

HAPPY RESURRECTION DAY, a bit late. We lost power last night so I couldn't post. The electrician came this morning and got everything going again. We had AC in the guest room , where Baby Nolan was staying, but no lights. We had lights and the fan in our room but no AC. The refrigerator was on, so all was fine for the night.
This little dog had a BIG DAY!

Baby Nolan got a basket, too! His first!
 Lady made sugar cookies
We had a large gathering for house church Sunday morning. It was wall-to-wall humans! I loved it. I just went from human to human to get scratched. I know how to behave in house church. I've been going all my life. Okay, sometimes I let one and disrupt prayer time (I'm not allowed to toot in church). And sometimes I sing off key. But I know I have to be still and quiet when the humans pray. I behave much better than some of the little humans.
 Some of my teen friends
I snuggled up to some feet
 Egg hunt!
 The egg hiders
 The egg finders
 I found one!
 And another one!
Lady is so excited that this family has moved to Delhi. They all used to live in the same city in China many years ago -before me!
They hung out with us all day. I had a wonderful Easter, but I was one pooped pup by evening!!
We hope the blessings of the Resurrection and the joy of the Risen Savior stay with you and yours!

HOME! In Time for Ressurection Day Sunday!

Home again with my Lady! I was quite vocal when she came in the taxi directly from the airport. I love my timeshare families, but when Lady comes to get me I just want to get going!
Tonight we welcomed some of Lady's dear friends to our city. She's known them for many years. They are B4M (before me). They have five little humans but two are in college. They want to be a timeshare family, as well! I have enough love to go around.
My Easter Bucket is out, ready for the Easter Beagle! We'll have Baby Nolan and his humans staying with us for Easter. He's getting an Easter Bucket, too. He's only nine months old though.
More later!

I'M GOING TO SUMMER CAMP!

Lady has the suitcases out again. She's leaving tomorrow for the mountains. I'm going to Aunty Delena's for a week. She gives me eggs, meat, and pancakes.
My birthday party will be on May 20, then Lady goes to Thailand and I go to one of my time-share families for a week. When Lady goes to Indore, I will go once again go to one of my timeshare families. BUTT, when she gets back, we're getting out of this heat, and back to the mountains where we used to live! We'll hire a taxi (all day) to take us, because I can't go by train or bus. We'll stay for 10 days with my little buddies Wyatt and Tate. Lady has a bunch of travel in four different countries all the way through mid August. So, I will stay in my former city, and go to summer camp for two months at Nancy and Vicky's! Vicky is a boy, you may remember. They brought me down to Delhi in 2012 when I moved here. So, they will bring me home in a taxi August 17th and stay for a visit with us. Lady is so praising the Lord for this. She didn't want me to stay in Delhi in the heat, and be shifted back and forth. My main time share families are traveling as well. Aunty Delena and family are going to Africa. Aunty Gail and family are going to the DR. So, I am going back to the mountains. Vicky and Nancy live in a really cool area with lots of room to walk and sniff. And they don't have a lot of furniture for me to jump on and hurt my back!
I will miss Lady, but she will worry about me less if I am in summer camp in the cool mountains!
Lady will ask Nancy to help me post from summer camp.

JIAOZI AND RICE NOODLES!

What can I say? I'm Chinese! I like jiaozi. Here, they call them "momos." I think they are called dumplings in English. Anyway, as a special treat Lady bought me a sack of chicken jiaozi, and shared her pad thai noodles with me! Yum!
The round ones are Lady's veggie jiaozis (gee-ow-dza), or momos.
Yes, I eat with chopsticks! It's the only way to eat noodles, and jiaozi, too!

A WALK IN MY PARK

This purple sunbird has a distinctive song. Well, it was chasing a female! It took Lady a couple of days to catch it on film. This is at the edge of our park, right in front of our house.

Our park is full of color now, and people! Every evening, people flock to the parks to enjoy the coolness and the grass. Our spring was short-lived, but enjoyed so much! Today's high was 95.
 For you, Lilly Belle!

With the temps climbing, we have to get out early and then wait again until after 6:00 pm, or it is too hot for a little black dog. We sure enjoyed out spring weather!!
My nose looks big, but Lady likes it.

LADY SAYS I'M WEIRD

I know what I like. I am a senior citizen now and I want to eat what I like. My grandparents get to eat what they like, when they like. I'm old, too. Lady is discovering that I like more foods than she knew about.
I like hummus. And I like it with baked pita chips. I helped myself to Lady's chips when she left the box open on the floor beside her. It's Saturday night and we were watching TV and eating dinner. Okay, I was stealing her dinner. I like ranch dip on my carrots. I didn't eat her salad, but I ate her carrots and dip. She brought back delicious cashew nuts from the south. I stole some. I love it when she puts her plate on the floor. Makes it easy to steal what I like.
Okay, to be fair, when she knows I like something, she will make some for me, too. We used to have pizza on Friday nights. She'd make one just for me, but she is off cheese for Lent, so -no pizza.
I was happy to get cheese at Aunty Barb's.
We're almost out of March and Lady is still here! She's not leaving until the 9th of April, and I go on vacation again. And guess what? Our weather is still very pleasant. Okay, it has rained, but the temps are still really nice! This is unheard of for this time of year!
Well, that's it for now, Blogville furrends.

TOGETHER AGAIN

There's one thing I'll say about my Lady  -so far, she always comes back to get me. God is good in providing me with such nice timeshare families. My main families were with Lady, so I returned to Aunty Barb's home. I had fun with Nate and Drew. When Aunty Barb was making grilled cheese sandwiches, I let her know in no uncertain terms that I would like one, too. She gave me one. When she was cooking eggs, I let her know that I, too, wanted eggs. Lady is vegetarian you know, so I don't get eggs at my house unless Uncle Levi or Aunt Erin is here. They have a nice big balcony where I enjoy the sunbeams. Delhi weather is still pleasant, believe it or not. It isn't too hot yet.
I think Lady is home for the rest of this month, and into next. I am sticking close by.
Thank you so much, Aunty Barb, for my vacation in your home.

MESSAGE SENT

I sent Lady a message strong and clear tonight. I do not want to go on another vacation! While she was out seeing my buddies Jason, Sabra, Tico, Corban, and Hannah off to a high school dance, I took the opportunity to drag my suitcase out of the closet. I drug it into the living room onto the rug. I proceeded to empty it. Along the way, I found some treats, which I devoured. I took out my medical folder, and emptied it. I took out my medicine bag, my towel, my jacket, all my toys, my chews, my sweater, and my blankie. When Lady returned home, she noticed the living room had been redecorated with all my stuff from my vacation bag.
Message sent. Message received.
And I didn't even get scolded!
See, I overheard Lady calling my timeshare families about going on vacation to their house. She didn't think I was listening, but I was.

HOME IN DELHI

Lady and I have been having some much needed down time in our own home. I've been searching out sunbeams on the balcony.

Lady brought back this little guy from IKEA in Madrid.
Thank you Daytona friends for my special treats!

On Vacation Again...

My goodness! The suitcases barely get unpacked before they are repacked and I am off on another adventure!
I enjoyed my time with Aunty Gail and Uncle Edwin, but I let them know I was ready to go home. Lady was to pick me up on Saturday. I keep track. It was already time for church and she hadn't come. I stood still as a statue on my Winnie the Pooh rug in the middle of the living room floor in front of a houseful of people and peed. That was a first. Lady came a couple of hours later. I was embarrassed. She was the main organizer of a big conference -Aunty Delena and a bunch of other aunties helped. My friends from America came to help -twenty-three of them. Lady had to see them off at the airport. She missed me so much, but I couldn't go. So...I had to wait a really long time until she came to get me. I peed. In the house. I never do that. She didn't scold me.
After only two days, Lady was off again to Spain to visit Uncle Wil and Aunt Julie. I only know them by Skype. I'm staying with Jason and his family. I follow Aunty Delena around everywhere.
Lady has been so busy, and hogging the computer planning the big conference. She said it went well, and her friends from FL brought her a LOT of chocolate. And they brought me my FAV Beggin' Bacon Strips!! Susan brought me a huge bag and Virginia brought me a huge bag!! I'm set. I forgave Lady.
Lady said she'd post some photos when she can. Her iphoto  is messing up. Anyway Blogville friends, we hope to be back in touch soon. Suitcases. Ugh.

LADY'S BIRTHDAY

Lady had a BIG birthday this year. Friends took her to High Tea at the Imperial Hotel, but I was not invited. The only guy who got to go is Nolan, the baby staying with us.
His dad is on a trip down south, so we get the mom and baby Nolan! He smells good, and produces poop diapers, but they keep it away from me.
Kira gave Lady roses!
You'd think they would have saved some yummies in a doggy bag, but no....
Aunty Gretchen treated Lady to a walking tour of Old Delhi, where she got to sample local snacks along the way. She spotted goats in coats!

This must be a poor goat, in his burlap sack!

This is an Indian Palm Squirrel having lunch.

Aunty Gretchen also took Lady to a Rajasthani Restaurant for lunch on her big day.
What did I give her for her birthday? What I give her every day we're together: unconditional love, free licks, and the blessing of my company.
Oh, and she shared her breadsticks with me. Aunty Erin bought Lady a chocolate cake, so they had salad for dinner!
I didn't get any cake, but I did get some treats! We've had a good celebration!

Together Again!

My buddy Marissa came all the way from Malaysia to see me! I went over to Aunty Delena's and there she was! I stayed with her for months when Lady went to America last year. Then, my friend moved away. It was great to see her again, and her dad, too! I missed seeing Aunty Sara.

HAPPY NEW YEAR 2014!

Me with my Christmas treats and Santa -Bye, Santa!
First photo of the New Year. I'm wearing a gold tie. I'm too cold and too tired to cooperate any more with photo shoots!
HAPPY NEW YEAR!
