Marley the Adventure Dog is Home!

I'm home in my own bed! We came home to thunderstorms and no electricity so I will have to tell you all about my trip tomorrow. I had lots of adventures! I went fishin' and swimming at 13000 feet! I got very close to the border with Tibet!
We had to hike up the mountain. Lady had Machuk carry me part of the way because of the distance and high altitude, not that I needed it. I'm tough!
Okay, so I got a little dirty. It doesn't rain at this altitude. It is dry!!
I got so excited about seeing a fish I forgot to take off my coat!
Lady didn't know I could swim! She didn't want to have to go in the cold water after me, so I had to come in.
Pleeeeeze can I go back in and catch some fish???
A good coating of dirt warmed me up!
I had so much fun! I got to run naked all over the place!
This lake is really high up in the Himalayas. There's a monastery nearby that we hiked to.
I even saw a goose! He must of gotten lost. It's a bar-headed goose. They have one of the highest migrations in the world, flying over the Himalayas. So, I wonder why he is all alone.
More of my pawsome adventures on my trip later, so come back!

  1. Yeah, Marley's home, Marley's home! We sure did miss you both very much. From you posted today, you had a great time! Swimming and hiking and rolling in the dirt, what more could one ask for.

Welcome home and we can't wait to check in tomorrow with you and hear more of your adventures.

Aunty and I are glad you and Lady are back, safe and sound. The pictures look like you had a good time. I love the one of you in the dirt on your back. That is what real dogs do, so you are a real dog after all.

We went to Cedar Key while you were gone. We camped right on the water, not the Gulf, but a bay type place. I did not want to go in the water, but liked checking out the tiny crabs and their homes in the sand. Uncle H. caught a small catfish. That was interesting. Never seen a live fish before.

    Again, welcome home.
